Ashlee Kaminski is a Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner and holistic mindset and empowerment coach who supports women to navigate stress, emotional overwhelm, grief, and trauma with compassion, courage, and care. Drawing from over 15 years of teaching experience and a rich background in mental health, grief peer support and holistic health and well-being, Ashlee combines evidence-based practices with lived experience to offer truly integrative healing.
Ashlee’s own journey through burnout, anxiety, and profound grief following the sudden death of her brother has shaped the heart of her work. Her path toward healing has been one of returning to her body, reclaiming her voice, and building resilience from the inside out. This personal insight allows her to meet clients where they are — with deep empathy, emotional safety, and zero judgment.
Through the gentle yet powerful neuroscience-based modality of Havening, Ashlee helps people release stored emotional distress, rewire unhelpful patterns, and reawaken a sense of safety and self-trust. Whether working with clients through grief, self-worth issues, nervous system dysregulation, or life transitions, her approach is trauma-aware, holistic and heart-centered, and deeply grounding.
Clients often describe working with Ashlee as “nurturing,” “soulful,” and “profoundly healing.”
Ashlee is particularly passionate about supporting:
